"Anyone can destroy someone else's stone walls and buildings, the only limiting factor was a long (8 hours) delay the construction of siege engines. This has resulted to the fact that players do not receive any protection, it's not difficult to find the 8-hour time when the owner is not in the game.
In version 0.8.22, we have removed a long construction of siege engines (now 10 minutes) and made "hour of siege" once a week (only at this time, you can use siege engines).
