I know that the introduction of maps for the game is not a simple solution and is associated with many problems. So it is with every new element introduced to the game.
What I would like to put on the map? The basic elements of the environment, marked by simple pictograms (rocks, trees, water, forests, homes or estates). Without such additives as the type of land, piles of stones or piles of wood, animals, fences, walls. It's about the simplest out map which you can draw.
For example, a pictogram of a tree meant to tree and pictograph three smaller trees would mean the forest.
Map may have to be with the possibility of their own footnotes, for example, you can assign a pictogram cottage a short note "House Hip3q".
What if there are changes in the overview map is a good idea I think might be the lack of editing features already drawn on the map elements (after the eraser to charcoal do not have one). Instead, you can draw another map on which are marked changes. However, the question arises here, but as I often ran around and drew new maps that fills their backpack and then what?
Well, then we take 2 maps, charcoal, empty map and combine 2 maps into one. We then current map and not losing here once discovered earlier terrain.
This is of course one of several means.
