    Thanks for the reply.

The flour needs a grindstone which needs large hides which needs large game. Hence the easier way to make flour. Large game need a higher level of hunting and also on a server with a lot of players sometimes there is not a lot of "easier" large game.

Again just a suggestion for new players.

    Define "nooby" player? What level?

I ask because I think you have done a very good job so far. BUT if a new player has not got all the skill /recipe for the yellow yet that player will get frustrated.

What about something like "blue" level = not as hard as yellow but not as easy as green. The "gift" will not be as good but it will be good enough to want the player to do the next mission and learn new skills?

I am thinking out loud here as I just started a new character (again) and loved the "tutorial missions" = it was an awesome way to learn the game and make it interesting while building something useful all at the same time. A mission or quest gives a player a goal or purpose for something to achieve. At the start of any game you do not know what to do first - what to build, what to hunt, what weapon is best - missions or quests help a player decide = THAN they can move forward with some knowledge.

More storage would be great - being able to craft utility belt for tools? Satchel for branches or flowers, basket for mushrooms etc. Different "backpacks" for different items.

    Just a thought to add.

I also like the "poop" - random piles around would be fun as well as useful

I have been playing this game on and off since the very start. There are a few things I would love to see:

    Not in any order:

A: Copper frying pan - make getting started in cookery easier (fried eggs example)
A1: More starter recipes = mushroom soup = shrooms/water (example)
A2: Mortar/Pestle - hand grind grain for flour - quality not as good but starter bread
Yes you CAN get food but it is hard to advance in cookery skill with out tools and "buildings" which are advanced levels to make.

B: Make auction house Sell AND Buy - One "building" that a player can access to see what is for sale and items themselves from their domain.

C: Maybe a way to "store" a character and ALL belongings if a player is going on vacation or for some reason can not play for longer than one week.

Please add more if YOU have ideas of your own. I am a solo player and like the survival aspect of this game. I am not PvP so your ideas will be different than mine. Some of these are directed toward a new player to make it easier to get started and not get frustrated.

Thanks for any and all feedback.

Skill level would be a very good idea. As I said above(below) I really like the addition of the missions and would like to see more than one a day (if you cancel you get more but can only do one a day). For a solo or new player it is a good way to have a goal for the day. A direction to progress without building something you will not use and not building or gathering something that you can use now. There is a lot to this game and it is not easy to figure out what to do first. So yes = skill level would be a wonderful idea.

Thanks. I thought you could add something to the auction house to sell. I know you can buy from it. Did this change? Did we use to be able to add items to the auction house?
